Banana Cake with Breadcrumbs

I must admit that the banana here in the US is not so good comparing to Brazil ...
they are beautiful, but not tasty at all.
I remembered this cake that my mother use to make and it worked
pretty well here.
It perfumes the whole house and the taste is probably
as good as hers.

3 bananas mature
5 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon baking pownder
1 tablespoon cinnamon

Preheat the oven to 190C/375F.
Mash the bananas with a fork and set aside.
In a blender, place all ingredients and blend until smooth.
Place dough in greased pan and bake for 35 min.

Place the liquid ingredients first, to facilitate the work for your blender.
Use a toothpick! Drill the cake with it and when it comes clean, the cake is done.
You can serve with vanilla ice cream and some cinnamon on top.
