My Blender Pizza

Rainy weekend, no desire to leave the house ...
So I decided to make this recipe that I used to eat at my friend's house since we were kids.
Do you know any easier pizza to make ???
I don't think so !!!

Dough:
1 1/2 cups of warm milk
2 eggs
1 tblspoon butter soup
1/8 teaspoon salt
4 tblspoon grated Parmesan cheese
2 1/2 cup flour
1 tblspoon baking powder
oil for greasing
Topping:
2 cups tomato sauce
1 cup smoked sausage thinly sliced
250 gr of grated mozzarella
1/2 small onion, thinly sliced
1 tblspoon oregano
olive oil to drizzle

Preheat oven to 200°C/400°F.
Grease the pan with a dash of oil.
Mix all the dough ingredients in a blender, until the mix is smooth.
Let rest for 10 min.
Pour the batter evenly over the pan and bake for 15 to 20 min.
Remove the dough from the oven and quickly sprinkle the tomato sauce, the mozzarella, the sausage, the onion, the oregano and drizzle with a little olive oil. In this order.
Return the pizza to the oven for another 10 minutes or until it is golden brown.
Serve immediately, but don't burn your mouth!

MATILDE's TIPS:
Use the ingredients at room temperature. Facilitates the yeast work and helps in the growth of the dough.

I used a rectangular tray 38 x 25cm.
But you can use a larger one if you want your dough thinner.

If the dough has bubbles when you take out of the oven, no problem. Drill them with a fork, press down and then start topping.

This topping is just a suggestion. You can use your imagination and make your favorite one!

You can also store the leftovers in the fridge. My husband said it was tastier. Hehehe!
