Parmesan Donuts

I've checked the weather forecast for the next weekend and it will be rainy ...
So here's another delicious recipe for those days!

2 eggs
2 tblspoon of butter
1 cup of Milk
2 cup of flour 
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tblspoon of yeast
salt to taste
oil for frying

Beat all ingredients in a multiprocessor, until the dough is smooth.
Transfer to a bowl and let sit for 20 min.

Heat oil in a pan and fry the dough by spoonfuls.
Drain on paper towel and serve immediately.


Watch out the salt!
The cheese is salted already, so ... Alternatively, put a pinch of salt over the donuts after fried.
