Baked Portobello Mushrooms

I must confess I was never a big "friend" of mushrooms in Brazil ...
I started trying step by step, in a restaurant here,
one there and seeing some recipes on tv ...
So I took one of the easiest and gave my personal touch
with ingredients that I like.
Result: I became a fan!

4 large Portobello mushrooms 
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon ground cumin
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cups of grated mozzarella (very full)
2 tablespoon parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
olive oil to drizzle 

Preheat oven to 180°C / 360°F.
Line a baking pan with aluminum foil and drizzle with a little olive oil. Reserve.
Wipe the mushrooms a with moistened paper towel in water and remove the stems. Arrange them on the pan.
In a bowl, mix the remaining ingredients with a spoon until the mixture is uniform.
Stuff the mushrooms with quite filling and bake for 25 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
