Generally, I cook just for me at lunch
(sucks, I know ...)
so try to make fast meals and small portions.
This is a quick and practical suggestion, but with a Touch of Glamour to please the eyes first and then
1 serving of spaghetti
1 clove of garlic
2 tblspoon olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Cook the spaghetti in salted water according to the package instructions.
Meanwhile, cut the garlic into thin slices.
Heat the olive oil in a skillet and brown the garlic with a little salt and pepper over low heat.
Turn off the heat and set aside.
Drain the pasta and immediately take the skillet.
Stir gently and serve.
MATILDE' TIP: Stir the garlic gently and do not take your eyes off of it, because it burns easily.
If you prefer, use minced garlic. But I think the slices add a bit more interest visually.
