Any time is the time to eat some cookies ...
especially if they are homemade.
At breakfast, afternoon or when you want to, some sequilhos with coffee or tea is a delight.
2 cups corn starch
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup unsalted butter
Mix all ingredients in a bowl, or use the multi-processor.
When the dough is uniform, make little balls and lightly press with a fork.
Place cookies on a greased (if you prefer, line with parchment paper) and bake in preheated oven
at 180°C / 350°F.
Bake for about 15 minutes or until the bottom is lightly golden.
