Watercress Salad

The world's easiest salad ... that's how I call it.
And then I discovered that the Watercress is the husband's favorite green, so I always eat at home at least once a week.

Besides very tasty, this leaflet is powerful for anyone who is recovering from a cold or a sore throat or even has that slight lactose intolerance, this salad is great to relieve your discomfort.

1 bunch watercress
1/2 small red onion
1 cup cherry tomato
1/2 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red vinegar
salt and pepper to taste

Wash the leaves and tomatoes as taught here.
Cut the onion into small cubes.
Cut the tomatoes in half.
In a glass container mix the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Add remaining ingredients and shake well.
Serve immediately.
