Microwave Baked Potato


If you love baked potatoes, but don't know how to make or don't have the patience to wait for it in the conventional oven ... this recipe is perfect!
It's only 12 minutes in the microwave and the potato is ready to eat!

1 large potato
1 tablespoon butter 
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
cooked ground meat
parmesan cheese


Wash and clean the potato well under running water.
Drill holes in it with a fork and place on a plate.
Bake in microwave on high power for 5 minutes.
Turn the potato and cook for another 5 minutes.
Prick with a fork to see if it cooked completely.
If not, go back for 2 more minutes.
When the potatoes are soft and cooked completely, cut it in half lengthwise and knead a little pulp with a fork.
Add the butter and parsley.
Season with salt and pepper.
Add the meat, sprinkle with parmesan and serve it.



Use your imagination to create your fillings!

I love it with cheese and chopped bacon. You can also place Stroganoff, 4 cheese, any ground meat or soy and many others.

If you use other types of cheese, it fills the potato and return with her to the microwave for another 1 or 2 minutes to melt cheese before serving.
