Tuna Pasta

A really good friend asked me and today I am post a classic recipe from my mother, who has conquered many guests' palates in our house.

Super quick to make, it is always a "life saver" recipe, for when you have a surprise visit, or if you are alone at home, or if you don't feel like cooking but want to eat something really tasty.

1 can of tuna
200ml of heavy cream
2 cloves of garlic minced
3 tablespoons Ketchup 
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Open the can of tuna and drain the liquid.
In a pan, brown the garlic with salt and pepper 
in olive oil.
Add the tuna and cook for 2 minutes.

In low heat, add the heavy cream and ketchup.
Mix and bring it to boil.
Adjust the salt and add the parsley. 
Stir and turn off heat.

The sauce gets a rose' color

Serve the desired portion of pasta and
put the sauce on top.

If you do not have the heavy cream, you can substitute the table cream.
If using table cream, be careful not to boil, otherwise the sauce look like a curd. Once it reaches a boil, turn off heat and cover the pan.
