D e l i c i o us.

1 egg
1/2 cup Condensed milk
t1/2 cup coconut milk
1/2 cup grated coconut
1 tablespoon butter
a pinch baking powder

Place ingredients in a medium container.
Mix well using a fork.
If you see lumps of butter, do not worry.

Distribute the mixture into mugs, but only fill half mug maximum to do not to overfill during cooking process.

Prefer larger mugs (300 to 350 ml), because it grows during cooking.

This recipe yields 2 or 3 servings, depending on the mug.

It is not necessary to grease the mug.

Bake in microwave on high power for 3 minutes.

When out of the microwave, it is still quite squishy, but it is normal.

Cover the mugs capping a baking dish for 10 minutes.

If you think that it is still very liquid, risk putting another 30 sec, but be carefull to not dry out.
Once cool, serve with grated coconut and Surprise yourself!
