Guys, when I saw this recipe, I just remembered the famous american dish known as Mac n 'Cheese ... So I named my version of this mug recipe as well.
It is very practical, fast, made for a person.
Ideal for that day to come home tired and cup noodles comes to your mind ... you know?

And the result ??? APPROVED with praise !

And, as usual, girls generally eat less than boys, we have recipe for different amounts.
But I confess, this is so good, that I could eat it
like a boy easly !
Portion for Girls:
2 tablespoon cream cheese
1 tablespoon spreadable cheese
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon butter
1 slice of ham chopped into cubes
1 teaspoon chopped parsley
black pepper to taste
1 cup Water
1/4 cup small pasta (elbow)
Portion for Boys:
4 tablespoon cream cheese
2 tablespoon spreadable cheese
2 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon butter
2 slice of ham chopped into cubes
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
black pepper to taste
1 1/2 cup Water
1/2 cup small pasta (elbow)
Place all ingredients in the chosen container and mix gently.
Microwave for 4 minutes, inside of a deep dish, so if it overflows, it doesn't make a mess and you reuse surplus.
After 4 minutes, open microwave and stir to loosen the pasta.
If overflow, return the excess back into the container because all the liquid is necessary to cook the pasta.
Return for 5 minutes.
Remove and Try!
If the pasta is already 'al dente', it is ready.
If it's still hard, take it back for 1 minute or until the point you like the pasta cooked.
It will depend on the power of your microwave.
Serve with a handful of grated Parmesan on top and
"Mangia che te fa bene"!!
Goodbye to frozen entrees ... cup noodles NEVER MORE!

Use hard grain pasta and good quality grated Parmesan cheese, the taste is worth the investment.
Can substitute ham for bacon, sausage, pepperoni, chicken ...
For those on a diet, you can use light cream cheese and spreadable for less calories.
If you want to impress your friends, just use the recipe for one and multiply by the number of people who will receive.
