Cheese Bread in a Mug

This recipe is for those days when we feel like eating something but you don't know what, you know?
Ideal to take with a freshly brewed coffee ...
How about getting it ready in 3 minutes?
Even better!

I decided to test and approved, but with some changes to the original recipe ...
less oil and more cheese.

Practical, Easy, Quick and No Mess.

1 egg
4 tablespoons Milk 
1 and 1/2 tablespoons oil 
1 pinch of salt
tablespoons grated cheese mix 
tablespoon parmesan cheese
4 tablespoons tapioca starch
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
butter for greasing

Place all ingredients in a bowl.
Mix with a fork, mixing well.

Grease 2 large mugs with butter or cooking spray.

Divide mixture into 2 mugs 350ml.

Microwave for 3 minutes on medium power, I used high depends on the micro.

Do not be alarmed, they grow enough, but soon lower!

Remove the mug, sprinkle with Parmesan and serve.

But I thought he was very pale, dull ...
So, I decided to bake gratin BROIL mode.


And they were so pretty !

About Tapioca ou Cassava Starch:
sour / sweet = Same thing!

So you can use one or the other.
