Cinnamon Honey Butter


Amazing how a simple recipe can make your day happier ...
And this one will make you think "Why I never thought about this before?", so simple it is.
It's wonderful!!

1 stick of unsalted butter, at room temperature
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup honey
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon


On a multiprocessor, beat the butter for about 30 seconds, or until pale in color. Add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended, about 1 minute. 


Serve immediately or store in a little pot cool, cute, covered, in the refrigerator for up to 7 days. Bring to room temperature before serving.





Serve as an accompaniment to hot rolls, toast, cakes ... Hmmmmm!!
