Cheese Bread with Granulated Tapioca Flour

Upon requests, I am posting Cheese Bread recipes, tested and approved by me!

This one, I saw on the brazilian tv show called "Mais Você" and looked sooo delicious ...

It's super easy to make and the result is wonderful !

1 ½ cup milk 
¼ cup oil 
salt to taste
¾ cup granulated tapioca flour
1 egg
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
½ cup full of tapioca starch
1 cup grated parmesan cheese extra

Granulated Tapioca Flour (texture)

In a sauce pan, mix the milk, the oil and salt and bring to boil on medium heat. Stir until boiling.

In a big bowl, mix the granulated tapioca flour and the boiling milk and let it cool for about 30 minutes.

After it's cold, add the egg, the parmesan cheese, the tapioca starch and mix well.

With hands take small balls of dough and roll them onto the extra  parmesan cheese.

Place the balls on a greased pan and bake in preheated 180ºC/350ºF oven for about 30 minutes or until golden.
Remove from oven and serve immediately.

You can use an electric mixer to make dough, like I did. Don't forget to change beaters for the dough !
You can also freeze the uncooked balls and keep them in the freezer in bags for frozen. When you want, just take straight balls in preheated oven for about 40 min or until golden.
Yes, I tested, and it worked !
