No need to say this recipe is Mexican, 
but it is almost a must-have at any party here in the Estates. 
And you wonder why? 
Super simple to make and a delicious snack for any time. 

4 ripe avocado 
1 large tomato chopped 
1 small red onion, chopped 
2 cloves garlic, grated 
juice of 1 lemon 
2 tablespoons olive oil 
1 bunch of chopped cilantro 
salt and pepper to taste 

Open ripe avocado, discard the seeds and remove the pulp. Mash it with a fork. 

Put the lemon juice, olive oil, tomato, cilantro and chopped onion, crushed garlic. Mix. 
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Mix again. 

Cover and refrigerate it. Remove it just before serving. 

Settle into a bowl and serve with tortilla chips.
