Mango Peach Smoothie



Ah, The Summer ...

I absolutely love this season, not only for itself but for the goodies that just the summer can provide in terms of flavor and delight to the palate.

This smoothie I made myself ...
I bought some canned peaches that weren't exactly how I like. They were hard and not so sweet.
And don't even think of throwing away!

I bought beautiful mangos in the Latin market, which by the way were perfect, and I decided to make this delight.


2 large pink mangos
1 large jar of peaches 
1/2 cup coconut water
sugar to taste


Drain all the syrup from the peaches.
Cut mangos into large dice.


Place the fruits in a bowl, seal with plastic wrap and freeze it for 3 hours or more.
You can use a container with a lid too ...

 

Place the froozen fruits in a blender, add the coconut water and mix until it reaches a creamy consistency.


Taste and add sugar if necessary.



And just serve it !!!
