Cumin Chicken

This recipe is a life saver to be used when you are out of time to prepare something more elaborate and you are freaking starving ...

4 chicken breasts cut in half (fine)
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon powdered cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon of ground black pepper

Combine the cumin, salt and pepper.
Brush the chicken with olive oil, sprinkle the seasoning on the breasts, covering both sides.
In a hot frying pan, put some olive oil and scatter over the entire bottom.
Grill the breasts by +/-4 minutes on each side.
Remove from the heat and cover the pan.

My cousin Leo, tasting and approving it!

MATILDE TRICK: when taking the fire chicken, let it rest for 5 minutes, before serving. The meat keeps its internal moist and does not dry out.
This is a great option for those who bring their own lunch to work.
Can be used in several other recipes such as salads, pasta ...
